I work in the fragrance and beauty industry for the past 25 years. I can honestly say I truly don’t need to purchase a fragrance. I visited this store with a friend a few months ago and I feel in love with so many of their amazing verities and captivating scents. I visited this store with my daughter after being told of the "good" selection of perfumes/colognes that they have. My daughter and I split up to better get an idea of what they sold. We walked the store and not once we're we greeted and or acknowledged. After 10 minutes, I approached my daughter to see if she had received any help. She said no but mentioned that one of the workers made eye contact with her and never helped. We walked around the store for an additional 10 minutes. At this point a worker walked towards to my direction but only to continue to joke around with his friend. At that point I let him know that the customer service in this store was non existent and left. For 20 minutes we walked around and not once was asked if we needed help.
